My Library Account: Home

My Library Account is the section contains your Library information - you can use it to check what books you have out on loan and on hold and your reading history. From here you can also renew your books online.  

To log in to your library account, click the My Library Account in the top of the Library homepage.  You'll be taken to a login screen for entering your OZU username and password.

When logged in you will see My Account appear at the top right of the screen. Click on it to access your account.

You will see a screen similar to the one shown below. To navigate between the different options available, use the headings on the left hand side. E.g. to renew booking select Checkouts, to review holds click on Holds, to see your fines click on Fines/Fees , view a list of books which you have borrowed from the library click on Reading History.

You can renew and extend the due dates of items you are currently borrowing.

When you are in My Account it will tell you how many books you have borrowed under the heading Checkouts. Select the item you wish to renew and click on Renew Marked. To renew all items click on Renew All.

Renewal Exceptions

You can not renew any items you have on loan if;

• you have overdue items in your account,
• the book has been hold by another user or recall by the Library,
• your fines have reached 20TL and more (To avoid building up fines, it is a good idea to get into the habit of checking your account on a regular basis),
• the maximum renewal period has been reached (1 times online)

• It’s too soon to renew (no renewals sooner than 1 week prior to the due date)
